The lost couple of weeks I’ve been receiving some inquires form visitors / users who are unable to log in to their cash FX accounts. Most of them can be tracked back to the fact that these users registered with an @outlook.com, or @hotmail.com, or other email domains. Please (preferably) only use @Gmail.com mail-addresses when signing up as this mail provider allows you to receive emails from the official Cash FX team, which is kinda useful…
You could experience difficulties when login in like:
- I registered for Cash FX but i’m not receiving any confirmation emails, login codes, etc.
- My phone stopped working and now i lost my 2FA, so i can’t login;
- When signing up with CashFX i used an Outlook.com email address which can’t be used any more. So i need to update it to Gmail but i can’t login;
- I forget my password and i need to reset it but because of the reason above, i can’t login;
- etc..
Answer to all of the situations above
“Get in contact with your Sponsor“… And this might sound a bit silly, but it really is the quickest way to get support from the Cash FX Support Team. Reaching out to the support team via email will just be a waist of time as i’ve experienced it myself. When i contacted my Sponsor and he created a ticket on behalf of me to update my email address, it was fixed in two business days.
So please get in contact with your Sponsor and ask him/her to create a Ticket and request the change that you would like to see happen in your account.
